An invitation to the Housing Older Women Movement

Older women are considered the largest cohort of people experiencing housing precarity and homelessness, in many forms.

The Housing Older Women Movement (HOW M), which was formed in 2019 has continued to evolve and respond to the housing crisis, while working collaboratively with numerous governments, non-government, private and public organisations, along with many individuals.

We are all volunteers in HOW M and we’ve given many thousands of hours as both as individuals and as a collective. We’re now seeking like-minded people to further our movement as we gain momentum and continue to make our needs and solutions known.

If you would like to be involved in the movement or contribute your skills, talents or support in any way, then please fill in the form below to get in touch. Have a look at the ‘Opportunities’ for ideas about how you could help out. We of course welcome your ideas, energy and enthusiasm, as everyone brings their own unique abilities to the movement.
